Nova Services
The Berg
Companies have a long-standing relationship with Nova Services, a local
non-profit organization based in Spokane, Washington, to help provide
vocational and personal development for individuals with physical and cognitive
disabilities or disadvantages.
Working
with Nova Services, we have successfully placed many individuals in varying
vocations at the Berg Companies to help manufacture products, learn skills, and
to provide interaction with other employees.
The partnership has been very rewarding and successful for both the Berg
Companies and Nova Services employees, and we feel that the entire community
benefits from these partnerships.
